It's a new term you'll have to learn when it comes to tablet technology: AMOLED. It stands for active-matrix organic light-emitting diodes.

What it comes down to is better looking graphics and Samsung says its new wave of tablets will include the feature. The technology has been used in smartphones by Samsung and other manufacturers. But until now, tablets haven't used them because AMOLED screens are more difficult to make. The Samsung tablets with enhanced graphics will be available starting next month with the release of the Galaxy Tab S.

Samsung says there will be two models one with an 8.4-inch screen and another with a 10.5 inch diagonal screen.
