A call for a house fire led to an arrest on arson and burglary charges.

Police took 22-year-old Brandon Rosa into custody in Mount Morris early Friday morning. He was due to be arraigned Friday.

Deputies say someone called 911 just before 3:30 a.m Friday after seeing flames coming from a home on Grove Street.  After the fire was out, investigators say they found a lot of damage inside the home.

Police took Rosa, who is from Perry, into custody based on information from neighbors.
