Closure for the family of a Geneseo woman who has been missing since March.
Back in March, Cora Kalous disappeared after walking away from her Geneseo apartment. She was reportedly intoxicated at the time and police say she suffered from mental illness.

Her mother, Frances Carpenter, tells us Kalous' body was recovered from the Genesee River near Riverside Drive Saturday morning. Her body was sent to the Monroe County Medical Examiner who according to Kalous' mother identified the body. Kalous' mother said, "The medical office called me yesterday and said it definitely was her. She's going to be cremated."

One thing she was not told was how her daughter died. She tells us the Medical Examiner told her more tests are needed for that.
