A Rochester man and woman face new federal charges for conspiring to sell synthetic drugs.

Two summers ago there were raids on "420 Emporium" shops. Prosecutors say Charles Fitzgerald and Amber Lynn Snover owned the properties in Batavia, Brockport and Henrietta.

The charges relate to those properties and the manufacture of several different kinds of drugs.

If convicted, Fitzgerald and Snover face up to 20 years in prison and up to a $1-million fine.
