Three people are facing drug charges following a traffic stop on Route 490 in Victor on Thursday night.

Sheriff’s deputies have arrested 38-year-old Eric Paul Breed of Shortsville, 32-year-old Courtney Blankenberg and 36-year-old Christina Marks of Black River for criminal possession of a controlled substance. Investigators say 100 bags of heroin were found concealed inside a vehicle they were traveling in. We are told this was a major source of heroin in the Phelps-Clifton Springs community.

All three are being held in the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
