Governor Cuomo to be in Rochester Tuesday to sign legislation combating heroin

Governor Andrew Cuomo will be in Rochester Tuesday to sign legislation aimed at combating the sharp rise in heroin and opioid use in New York State.

Governor Cuomo will sign the legislation at SUNY Brockport’s Rochester Educational Opportunity Center on Chestnut Street in Rochester. 

The Legislature passed 11 heroin-related bills before the 2014 session ended on Friday.
