Lt. Governor Bob Duffy to speak at local trade school graduation

Students at a local trade center will have a special guest at their graduation Thursday.

Lieutenant Governor Bob Duffy will help celebrate graduation at The Rochester Arc +Flame Center in Gates starting at 10 a.m.  Duffy will speak to about 30 students at the blacksmithing, welding and flamework school. He will be joined by Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks for the event, which features demonstrations in welding and blacksmithing.

The ceremony runs until 11:30 a.m. with a reception to follow.
