Rochester Police have identified the teen who was shot and killed Thursday on the City’s north side.

Police were called to Boston Street near Joseph Avenue just before 1 p.m. for the report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found 18-year-old Galen McCall lying in the vacant lot with at least two gunshot wounds to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
