The Xerox Rochester International Jazz Festival is still in full swing but this year’s First Niagara Fringe Festival returns in September with a new headliner.

Circus Orange, a Canadian-based performing group with acrobats and an incredible outdoor pyro-technic display, will replace Bandaloop. You may remember Bandaloop from the past two years. They are a group of performers who danced on the side of the HSBC building.
