Livingston County man charged with entering residence of ex-girlfriend without permission

A man from Livingston County is facing charges after sheriff’s deputies say he entered his ex-girlfriend’s residence without permission and came into her bedroom. 

Christian Gustavson, 42, of Conesus, is charged with felony DWI, refusal to submit to a breath test, unlicensed operator, unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, improper plates and uninspected vehicle.

Sheriff’s deputies say Gustavson entered his ex-girlfriend’s residence in Avon and came into her bedroom. When the victim called 911, sheriff’s deputies say Gustavson left in his pickup truck. He was arrested on Route 5 in the Village of Lima. 

Gustavson was arraigned in the Town of Lima Court and sent to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
