Man hit by RTS bus on East Main Street

A Rochester man is recovering after he was hit by a bus Friday evening.

Rochester Police say a 46-year-old man told them that he was struck in the shoulder by a RTS bus, which was backing up in front of the Hyatt on East Main Street. This happened just after 7:15 p.m. Friday.

The man was taken to Rochester General Hospital with shoulder pain. Police are investigating.
