The Wayne County Sheriff's Office says a Palmyra man is facing charges after they say he drove drunk with children in his vehicle.

Deputies say 31-year-old Chad Redmond was stopped around 8 p.m. Saturday evening on Route 88 in Arcadia. During the stop, investigators say they determined Redmond was drunk and had "small children" in the vehicle.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI with children in the car, driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

He will appear in Arcadia Town Court at a later date to answer charges.
