Strong thunderstorms trigger tornado warning in central New York

A scary scene in the Albany and Utica areas Thursday. Strong thunderstorms hit central and eastern New York for a second straight day with whipping 85 mile per hour winds. It triggered a tornado warning near Albany.  

There were also reports of large hail and lightning and damage to buildings, homes, trees and utility lines.
