Police ID man stabbed on Morgan Street

A Rochester man was hospitalized after a stabbing on the city’s southwest side early Sunday morning.

Police say the victim, 19-year-old Safari Rose, was in an altercation with another man before the stabbing on Morgan Street. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital.

Authorities say they have a suspect but they have yet to make an arrest. The investigation is ongoing.
