The Kendrick Road Bridge over I-390 between Westmoreland Drive and East River Road will close to traffic for up to four weeks, starting Monday at 9 a.m.

The work is part of the ongoing 390 interchange reconstruction project in Brighton. The project will improve travel conditions by widening the Kendrick Road Bridge over I-390 and building a new on-ramp from Kendrick Road to I-390.

Detours will be posted. Short term lane closures on I-390 will be in place. The expressway will remain open in both directions.

This phase of the project, including the new on-ramp from Kendrick Road to I-390 north, should open to traffic in August.
