A Pittsford man, indicted on multiple charges in connection with a deadly crash in December 2013, pleaded not guilty to the charges Monday morning.

Sheriff’s deputies say 46-year-old Patrick Mulvehill was speeding on Jefferson Road in Henrietta without his headlights on when he struck a vehicle driven by 63-year-old Barbara Uthman near the post office. Once Uthman’s vehicle was hit, it went sideways and was sent into the eastbound lane where deputies say it was hit by another vehicle.

Two weeks ago, a Monroe County Grand Jury indicted Mulvehill on charges of vehicular manslaughter, manslaughter, DWI, reckless driving, following too close, equipment violations, traffic device violation and equipment violation.
