Police ID three people wounded in Harris Street shooting

Rochester Police have identified three people who were injured in a drive-by shooting on Harris Street Saturday night.

Investigators say a large crowd was gathered on the sidewalk and street in the 100 block of Harris Street when a vehicle drove by and an unknown person began firing rounds from the vehicle, injuring three people.

Shanta Heath, 25, was struck in the lower body, 24-year-old Timothy Manley of Rochester was struck in the upper body and 26-year-old Gene Houston of Rochester was struck an extremity. Police say the injuries Heath and Houston sustained were not life-threatening. Manley is currently listed in guarded condition at Rochester General Hospital.

No suspects are in custody at this time.
