A Sodus man is facing charges after deputies in Wayne County say he was driving drunk with two children in his car on Thursday.
Deputies say 36-year-old Marshun Harvey was pulled over for speeding around 6 p.m. when they discovered he had a blood alcohol level of .17%. Investigators say Harvey's two children, ages 13 and 14, were in the vehicle at the time.
We're told Harvey's license had been revoked in 2011 for a prior DWI conviction. Right now, he's facing multiple charges including two counts of Leandra's Law.
He is scheduled to appear in Sodus Court at a later date.
