The owner of a restaurant raided earlier this month as part of a gambling investigation is facing a grand larceny charge.

Dennis Fico is accused of stealing more than $53,000 from Western Regional Off-Track Betting.

According to the criminal complaint, the Director of OTB Branch Operations told police that two horse track terminals were placed inside the Marina Restaurant and Bar. He told police the terminals are OTB property. The restaurant and employees take in bets and that money is turned over to OTB with the restaurant receiving a commission. Fico is accused of not turning over $53,000 of OTB money.

Last month, three other men were arrested and accused of running an illegal sports betting ring out of the restaurant.
