Fire destroyed part of a Rochester restaurant owned by a man accused in a terror plot. Firefighters responded to flames at the former Mojoes on North Clinton Avenue late Sunday night. That business is owned by Mufid Elfgeeh. He is in custody on federal weapons charges. FBI agents say he had been plotting to attack returning U.S. soldiers.

Investigators say they believe someone did this on purpose, but we don't know why yet. It is not clear if the fire is linked to Elfgeeh’s arrest. Neighbors say they are not surprised that someone set fire to the building.

Firefighters at a nearby firehouse worked quickly to put out the fire. Investigators say flames and smoke destroyed the inside of the restaurant.
