A 55-year-old Rochester woman is charged in connection with a fire at a building on Genesee Street back in May.

Delores Grimes is charged with second-degree arson.

Investigators say when firefighters arrived at the home, they found Grimes trying to set the building on fire. We’re told a fire had already been set to the outside of the building.

No one was injured and the building sustained minimal manage.

Grimes is currently being held in the Monroe County Jail.
