Two people hurt after boat hits buoy

Two people went to the hospital after their boat hit a buoy Saturday morning.

The crash happened near the Irondequoit Bay Outlet around 10:45 a.m.

Firefighters from the Seabreeze Fire Department say a couple was boating in the bay and didn't see the buoy. Their injuries are believed to be minor. Damages to the boat were not significant either.
