The executive director of the YWCA in Batavia says someone vandalized a memorial that sits on their property.

Just last week, lights were installed to illuminate a path to the front door in honor of Nicole Sheehan and victims of domestic violence. Investigators say Sheehan was shot and killed by her boyfriend in a murder-suicide. The executive director of the YWCA says all of the lights along the path were destroyed and none are useable.

Anyone with information is asked to call Batavia Police at 345-6350.
