Wellsville woman facing drug charges in Livingston County

A Wellsville woman is facing drug charges in Livingston County.

Latoya A. Zeh, 25, of Wellsville, is charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, as well as other vehicle and traffic law violations.

Sheriff’s deputies stopped Zeh on I-390 southbound in the town of Avon. They say she was driving under the influence of drugs. Sheriff’s deputies say Zeh admitted that she had six small bags of heroin in her purse, as well as four hypodermic needles and a number of pills.

Zeh is scheduled to appear in Avon Town Court on August 19.
