Common Core instructional reports to be released to teachers

Created: 07/23/2014 4:49 PM WHEC.com

Teachers are getting help earlier to prepare for next year’s Common Core curriculum.

New York State Education Commissioner John King says he is allowing instructional reports for the English language arts and math exams to be released to teachers now. They will include the standards for a good answer to each of the questions.

Commissioner John King says this is a response to feedback from teachers and other school leaders. These reports are different from student scores. Student scores will not be released until next month.
