A man previously convicted of DWI under “Leandra’s Law” has been arrested again. Sheriff’s deputies in Ontario County say they charged 23-year-old Keith Impson of Macedon with felony aggravated DWI after he ran a stop sign and drove outside his lane on Route 88 in Phelps.

Deputies tell us Impson was drunk and is charged under “Leandra’s Law” for having a seven-year-old in the car with him. His license was revoked in 2011 for a previous “Leandra’s Law” conviction.

He is being held in Ontario County Jail where he will be arraigned for charges of felony DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation and traffic violations.
