Rochester Police make arrest in hit-and-run crash

A 32-year-old Rochester woman is charged in connection with a hit-and-run crash that left a woman with potentially life-threatening injuries.

Keara Baker is charged with second-degree assault and leaving the scene of a serious physical injury accident.

Police say Baker struck a bicyclist, 41-year-old Mary Moore of Rochester, early Wednesday morning on Clifford Avenue near North Goodman Street in Rochester.

Moore was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
