A woman who claimed a Rochester Police officer shoved her to the ground when she was pregnant was back in court Tuesday facing a charge of violating probation.
This comes months after she was sentenced for assaulting the Rochester Police officer in the video. It happened as she was trying to stop police from arresting her brother. She served time and was on probation when she was arrested again earlier this month for breaking into her ex-boyfriend's home and assaulting him and a woman who was visiting him.
Monroe County Assistant District Attorney Brian Green said, “The allegation here was there was an order of protection against Ms. Hardaway and she violated that order of protection.”
Prosecutors argue by violating that order of protection she also violated her parole. Hardaway will answer to the other charge, including assault from that most recent arrest, at a later date.
