Do you still drink soda pop?

A new Gallup poll shows that 63 percent of Americans say they are actively avoiding drinking soda, compared to 41 percent in 2002.

In 2012, another Gallup poll had nearly half of Americans drinking at least one soda per day. Soda has no known health benefits.

However, the same amount of Americans who drink no soda and those who have two or more per day reported themselves as "very" or "somewhat" overweight: about four in 10.
