An Albany man is looking to raise money with the hope of opening a museum of political corruption.

Bruce Roter is the man behind the plan. Right now, the museum is still in the planning stages, but Roter says when it does open, it is all about location.

Roter also says he wants freshman lawmakers to tour the museum so they can learn what not to do.
