People who walk and travel across the Driving Park Bridge can learn more about plans tonight to improve it.
The bridge is 25 years old, but the city of Rochester contractors say repairs are needed. They want to strengthen the bridge joints, improve draining and add a bike lane to the bridge. At least a portion of the project would be federally funded.
A public meeting on the Driving Park Bridge repairs will be held from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Aquinas Institute’s main cafeteria.
