Two people from Henrietta could spend the next two decades behind bars after investigators say they scammed a major software company.

Investigators say 35-year-old Humayun Farid and 33-year-old Aysha Humayun are facing federal charges of conspiracy and mail fraud.  Investigators say the two scammed Intuit, Inc into sending them software like Turbo Tax and Quicken, claiming their disks were damaged or stolen. Investigators say they then sold those disks online for thousands of dollars.

If convicted, the two face 20 years in prison or a fine of $250,000.
