There is a plea deal in the case of a former school bus driver accused of driving the bus drunk with kids on board.
Amini Kellum pleaded guilty to a felony charge of aggravated DWI with a child passenger. She was arrested last August after security video from a gas station showed her hit a railing that protects the gas pumps.
Kellem had insisted she never drove drunk with students on the bus but today she admitted the crime and accepted a plea deal. Prosecutors say her blood alcohol level was .09 -- more than twice the legal limit for a bus driver. Kellum insisted she drank alcohol the night before the arrest and didn't drink on the day of the crash.
Kellem was sentenced her to five years of probation. She will also lose her license for at least one year.
Kellum must report to probation and is due back in court in October.
