Cyber security experts say Chrysler, Nissan and GM vehicles are among the most hackable cars on the market.
In a report due out later this week, Chrysler’s 2014 Jeep Cherokee, Nissan’s 2014 Infiniti Q50 and General Motors' 2015 Cadillac Escalade top the list of “Most Hackable Vehicles.”
Researchers reviewed key criteria, including the vulnerability of remote access technologies, such as wi-fi and Bluetooth. Access to such technology could allow hackers to gain control of systems to manipulate and cause physical damage to the car.
Topping the list of least hackable, the 2014 Dodge Viper, 2014 Audi A8 and the 2014 Honda Accord.
