Body found in river identified as missing father of three

A body found in the Genesee River Wednesday is a missing father of three.

The Monroe County Medical Examiner confirms that 28-year-old Jacob Baxter drowned in the Genesee River.

Baxter was hiking with friends near lower falls on Monday when they say he fell into the water.

The family is planning a memorial service tomorrow.
