Sheriff's deputies say a York man is facing multiple charges after a vehicle stop in Avon early Friday morning.

We're told 20-year-old Brandon B. Green was driving on I-390 in Avon when he was stopped by deputies. Investigators say Green was driving with a suspended license and was in possession of a hypodermic instrument.

According to deputies, Green was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and other traffic charges.

Deputies say Green was processed and then released from the Livingston County Sheriff's Office and is scheduled to appear in Avon Town Court later this month.
