Soldier injured during Ft. Hood shooting meets President Obama

He's been hailed a hero after helping save lives in the shooting at Fort Hood this April and now, that Western New York soldier is being thanked by the commander in chief.

This photo comes to us from our affiliate in Buffalo. Major Patrick Miller is from Allegany. He was shot in the abdomen at Fort Hood.

He says President Obama thanked him for his service and his bravery during the shootings.
