Gmail to introduce unsubscribe feature

Created: 08/08/2014 2:22 PM WHEC.com

Gmail will soon introduce a new feature that makes it easier to unsubscribe from unwanted email lists.

Google says when an email features an unsubscribe link in its text, the email provider will now automatically add it to the top of a message next to the from field. This will allow users to quickly unsubscribe from the list without having to scroll to the bottom of the email.

Gmail is the world's most popular email provider, and has over 425 million active users.
