Police have identified the man accused of leading officers on a high speed chase through the city Thursday evening.

Montray Brown, of Rochester, is charged with reckless endangerment and attempted assault. Officers say it all started with a robbery outside a convenience store on Saint Paul Street. Police say Brown led them on a chase for five blocks before he tried to turn around and crashed into another car.
