Neighbors say a 2002 chemical spill at Holley's Diaz chemical plant continues to cause problems and today they are getting support from Senator Charles Schumer.

Neighbors say a lack of cleanup following the spill is affecting property values and discouraging new businesses from moving into Holley.

Schumer is backing a bill to fund toxic site cleanups by companies that pollute the environment. Three senators introduced the bill that Schumer is now supporting.
