Celebrations of Ukrainian culture and traditions wrapped up in Rochester on Sunday.
It was the final day of the 42nd annual Saint Josaphat’s Ukrainian Festival on Ridge Road.
Organizers say Ukrainian people come from all over the area, including Buffalo, Syracuse and even parts of Canada, to enjoy the festival.
A mass was held on Sunday morning to pray for peace in Ukraine.
“A lot of them have relatives and friends back there. They are worried about what could happen, what is happening, and they really would like to see everything resolved,” said Richard Pucher, Ukrainian Festival chairman.
The festival wrapped up at 9 p.m.
