The public is invited to weigh in on the food truck program in Rochester.
The City of Rochester is holding a meeting from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 20 to listen to public comments on the ongoing Food Truck Pilot Program.
Elizabeth Clapp is co-owner of Le Petit Poutine and spokesperson for the Rochester Food Truck Alliance. She said, “The City of Rochester is looking to put a permanent food truck program in place by January 1, 2015. We are still pushing for additional changes to the program before legislation goes into effect.” Clapp says they want regulations that would allow food trucks more mobility.
The meeting will be held in room 302A of Rochester City Hall on Church Street.
