A teen has been charged in connection to an arson on Rochester's north side. Seventeen-year-old Ronnie Oliver is charged with second-degree arson.

Police say Oliver started a fire in an apartment building on William Warfield Drive on August 7. When firefighters arrived, they found flames coming from the second floor of the building which caused substantial damage.

Investigators were able to determine the fire was intentionally set over a domestic dispute.
