A 35-year-old Rochester man is facing arson charges in connection with a fire on Brooks Avenue in 2013.

Steven Nnamani is charged with second-degree arson, a felony.

Investigators say Nnamani set a fire inside an enclosed porch following a domestic dispute with a resident. The incident happened February 16, 2013. We’re told Nnamani was indicted by a Monroe County Grand Jury in April and turned himself into police on Saturday.

Nnamani is being held in the Monroe County Jail.
