Sprint Mobile is expected to announce new cheaper phone pricing plans this week.
According to published reports, the third-largest wireless company in the U.S. is preparing to roll out new price plans that could offer much cheaper prices, much bigger allotments of wireless data, or both.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Sprint has been testing a plan that offers unlimited talk, text and data for $50 a month. That's $30 less than a similar plan from T-Mobile and something market leaders Verizon communications and AT&T don't offer.
