After weeks of investigating, State Police say they have made an arrest in a case of road rage in Steuben County.

Charles Fink, 52, is charged with unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Troopers say Fink and Daniel Grinols were on separate motorcycles traveling north on Airport Road in Hornell when Grinols passed an SUV in a no passing zone and forced it to stop in the northbound lane. According to troopers, Fink then stopped his motorcycle next to the driver’s side door of the SUV, blocking the driver from exiting the vehicle. We’re told children were in the car along with two adults.

No one was injured.
