It's a warning about a telephone scam targeting Excellus BlueCross BlueShield members.

The health care provider says telemarketers are calling customers claiming to be from companies like Health Care Advocates or United States Health Care. The scammers then try and sell people a medical cream for pain. A spokesperson for the company says it does not have any connection with the telemarketers and will never ask customers to purchase drugs or other products over the phone. They are advising customers to not share any personal information with telemarketers.
