The case of a Bloomfield couple, charged with the rape of a 14 year old, will now be heard by an Ontario County Grand Jury. This comes to us from our news partners at the Messenger Post.

Patricia DeBoerdere and Samuel McClure are charged with first-degree of a criminal sex act. However, her defense attorney says before her felony case can proceed, those charges have to be heard in Ontario County Court by a Grand Jury.

The couple is accused of forcing a 14-year-old girl to engage in sex acts with them at a motel in Canandaigua last month.

McClure is due back in court next month. He is being held in the Ontario County Jail. DeBoerdere has since been released.
