Created: 08/22/2014 4:10 PM WHEC.com

A new report finds that SUNY schools are doing a better job of reporting crimes on campus.

The state comptroller’s office performed the audit by looking at crime reporting at 29 state operated colleges.

We checked into the state's report on local SUNY schools. The state audit found both the College at Brockport and SUNY Geneseo reported no crime reporting issues at those schools.
