A man is facing charges after Yates County deputies say he broke into a business in Benton on two separate occasions.

Twenty-seven-year-old Robby Hamilton, of Nunda, is charged with burglary, petit larceny, and criminal mischief.

Deputies say it is believed that Hamilton broke into that business in November 2013 and again this past February. Both times, investigators say Hamilton caused damage and took money.

Hamilton was arraigned in Benton Town Court and taken to Yates County Jail. He is scheduled to return to court next month to answer charges.
